Tracy Dudley, MBA

Tracy is co-founder and Director of Research for STRATEGIC INSIGHTS. With her strong background in consumer psychology and marketing research, she provides knowledge that is essential to effective research and consulting. She has advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in addition to exceptional written-communication and visual-presentations skills. Tracy's background in statistics allows her to assess informational needs and determine the optimal analyses necessary. Her high self-motivation, concern for efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard of quality and delivered promptly, often exceeding deadlines.

Research and Management Experience

Tracy's expertise is research analysis and report writing. She has extensive experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data using a wide array of techniques, reporting results, describing implications, and formulating recommendations. Tracy has been involved in hundreds of publication and writing efforts as either an author, a research analyst, or both. With more than 15 years of project management and research experience, Tracy offers unique and invaluable perspectives for customer satisfaction research and the importance of fulfillment of all research endeavors above and beyond client expectations.

Education and Professional Affiliations

Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. During her undergraduate years, she maintained Dean's List status, was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, and graduated with distinction. Tracy earned her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Research from the University of Colorado in Denver. Throughout her graduate years, she also maintained Dean's List status and graduated with honors as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Tracy has held membership in the American Marketing Association and the Marketing Research Association.

 
Jerry Maier

Jerry is co-founder and Director of Field Operations for STRATEGIC INSIGHTS. He brings more than 25 years management and consulting experience to the company, and is a hard-working, well-rounded, and highly motivated manager of people and projects. His excellent organizational skills and strong computer systems background ensure the most accurate, meaningful, state-of-the-art information and deliverables. Jerry's strong personnel background gives clients the inside edge toward completing field research objectives.

Research and Management Experience

Jerry has managed and coordinated the successful operation of hundreds of customer relations and personnel projects. With a strong financial background, Jerry has championed a variety of financial management tactics, developed corporate-wide payroll guidelines, established sales and expense budgets, and provided financial planning, accounting assistance, and information systems development to a variety of large and small corporations. With extensive experience in real estate analysis, he has also participated in site selection and quantification, lease negotiation, pro forma development, product classification, and renewal analyses. As an expert in his field, Jerry has also developed and completed numerous store audits and critiques.

Education and Professional Affiliations

As a full-time student at Metropolitan State College, Jerry majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice. After college, he applied his human psychology skills and experience toward advanced consumer satisfaction techniques and exceptional staff recruitment and training practices. Jerry is has held membership in the Marketing Research Association.
